SPAM Prevention
Our servers are configured with anti-spam software (SpamAssasin on Windows, Spam Guardian on Linux) so that you can limit the number of spam messages that hit your server. Spam control can be enabled for domains and/or mailboxes. All Spam settings can be controlled from your personal SPAM Filtering Software.
SPF and DomainKeys are enabled for all email servers, what this does is cut down on the spam that you recieve and verifies that you are not sending SPAM. These policies prevent your emails going into the "junk mail" folder on email providers such as Yahoo and Hotmail (a common problem many people encounter with other website hosting providers).
In addition we closely monitor our status using Microsoft's SNDS tool, which reports any problems with Microsoft (Hotmail, Live, etc) receiving email from our servers.
Security
All our servers are configured with the utmost security in mind so your website and data are protected. We employ aggressive firewalls and block attacker's continual hacking attemps of FTP/SSH/Telnet (Blockhosts on Linux, FTP Security on Windows).
Suhosin, the advanced protection system, is installed as a PHP module by default and can be enabled to provide an additional layer of security for your PHP applications.
